Where explicit consent is relied upon, it will be requested separately before the relevant processing takes place. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting me. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.
I aim to collect and record only information that is reasonably necessary for providing the services and maintaining appropriate professional records.
4. ConfidentialityInformation shared during consultations is treated as confidential.
There are limited circumstances in which confidentiality may need to be broken, including where disclosure is required by law or where I have serious concerns about your safety or the safety of another person.
Wherever reasonably possible and appropriate, I would seek to discuss this with you first.
5. How your information is storedClient notes are currently maintained primarily in paper form and stored securely with access restricted to me.
Electronic information, including enquiries and correspondence, may be processed through the technology and communication services I use to operate my practice.
If my record-keeping arrangements change materially, including a move to electronic client records, this Privacy Policy may be updated accordingly.
6. Website enquiries and service providersThe website is hosted and operated using
Tilda.
When you submit the contact form, the information you provide is transmitted to me through my configured communication services, currently including email and Telegram.
The website is configured not to retain contact-form submissions in Tilda’s Leads section.
I may also use other trusted service providers where reasonably necessary to communicate with clients, conduct online consultations, process payments or operate my practice.
Such providers process information in accordance with their own terms and privacy arrangements or, where applicable, on my behalf.
I do not sell your personal information.
7. Website analytics and cookiesThe website currently uses Tilda’s simplified website statistics.
I do not currently use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or Meta/Facebook Pixel on this website.
The website may use technologies that are technically necessary for its operation. If I introduce non-essential cookies, additional analytics or advertising technologies in the future, I will update the information provided to website visitors and obtain consent where required.
8. International data transfersSome technology and communication providers may process or store information outside the United Kingdom.
Where UK data protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer of personal information, appropriate safeguards will be used.
As consultations are available internationally, information may also be communicated between the United Kingdom and the country in which you are located as part of providing the services you request.

How long I keep your informationI retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including providing services, maintaining appropriate professional and business records and complying with legal, tax, accounting or regulatory requirements.
Different categories of information may therefore be retained for different periods.
When information is no longer required, I take reasonable steps to dispose of it securely or anonymise it.
10. How I protect your informationI take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
